Jessica Wingenroth is MEDVAL's managing attorney in the Pittsburgh office. She is responsible for quality control of Medicare Set-Aside allocations, settlement negotiations, annuity pricing, post-settlement trust administration, and pharmacy benefits managment. Jessica joins MEDVAL after four years experience as an attorney with a Pittsburgh-based law firm. Jessica's primary practice area is focused on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and Medicare's requirements in workers' compensation and third party liability settlements. She has spoken on the subject matter at a variety of conferences nationwide and she has handled many accounts for local, national, and international companies in the insurance industry.
 
Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
